About the AuthorAnnie Brandt, M.A. CCC-SLP is a school based speech-language pathologist working with students in grades kindergarten through six at Baggaley Elementary School in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. She is currently in her eight year of practice and enjoys working with students with a wide variety of strengths and needs. She has previous experience in early intervention.
Annie has specific interest in the study and creation of professional development activities for speech-language pathologists and other educational professionals. |
About this Blog |
Annie Brandt was selected to participate in the Fulbright Distinguished Awards in Teaching Program from January - May 2016 in Finland. Her research project will focus on improving interdisciplinary team training for the use of multisensory environments for students with multiple disabilities. This blog will explore education, research, and cultural aspects of her studies in Finland.
